Supreme Investment Group was founded on a single idea: residential real estate performs best when the people who own it also answer the door.
We don't outsource leasing, maintenance, or design. We do it all in-house — because that's the only way to hold yourself to the standard your residents deserve.
Founded in 2009 with a single multi-family building, Supreme Investment Group now manages over 1,200 residences across twelve neighborhoods. We've grown by holding our properties longer, caring for them better, and building real relationships with the people who call them home.
Most residential property companies are brokers who became managers, or funds that hired operators. Supreme was built the other way: operators first, investors second. We started by owning buildings and running them ourselves. Everything we've added since — the brokerage, the fund, the design studio — grew out of that core.
The result is an organization that thinks like an owner in every conversation: with a resident, a seller, or an investment partner.
We own what we sell, manage what we lease, and invest in every deal we pitch. No middlemen. No borrowed conviction.
Plain-language leases. Open-book reporting. If you ask us a question, you'll get a straight answer — not a brochure.
We don't cut corners on materials, maintenance, or people. Our design studio and in-house maintenance team set the standard for what a Supreme property looks and feels like.
We buy in neighborhoods we believe in and hold for the long term. Our residents are our neighbors. We act accordingly.
Supreme Investment Group is established with the acquisition of a 24-unit building in Highline District. The founding team manages it personally from day one.
We cross 100 units under management and open our first in-house design studio to standardize renovations across the portfolio.
After expanding into The Quarter and Cedar Heights, Supreme crosses $500M in assets and launches its first investor co-investment program.
Today Supreme manages 1,200+ residences across 12 neighborhoods, with a full brokerage, a fund vehicle, and a build-to-rent pipeline in three submarkets.
James founded Supreme in 2009 after a decade in residential construction. He oversees acquisitions, investor relationships, and long-term strategy. He still tours every building before we buy it.
Claire runs the day-to-day: property management, leasing operations, maintenance, and resident experience. She's the reason 98% of our residents renew.
Marcus leads our investor program and acquisition underwriting. Before Supreme he spent eight years at a residential REIT. He joined because he wanted to work for a company that actually operates what it owns.
Whether you're looking for a home, thinking about selling, or exploring an investment — the same team handles all of it.
